Terms of Service
These are the rights, obligations, and terms of use applicable when using the WoWNaetoi service.
Article 1 Purpose
These Terms of Use와우내또이 운영자provided by 와우내또이 aim to establish the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the service and users regarding the use of the web service.
Article 2 Definitions
- Service refers to 와우내또이web-based features provided by such as World of Warcraft-related information query, auction house, characters, guilds, logs, PVP, community, and raid planner.
- User refers to members and non-members who use the service in accordance with these Terms of Use.
- Member refers to a person who uses the login function by registering an account with the service or linking a social/Battle.net account.
- Post refers to text, comments, images, schedules, settings, links, and other content registered by users in the service.
- External data refers to data provided by or processed based on third-party services such as the Blizzard API and Warcraft Logs API.
Article 3 Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms
- These Terms of Use become effective for all users through posting on the service screen or other notification methods.
- The service may amend the terms of use within the extent not violating relevant laws, and will guide the contents of the change along with the effective date.
- If a user continues to use the service after the effective date of the amended terms, they are considered to have agreed to the amended terms.
Article 4 Provision of Service
The service provides the following features based on World of Warcraft-related public information and information entered or linked by the user.
- Character, guild, item, auction house, token, profession, and PVP information query
- Warcraft Logs-based character, guild, report, ranking, replay, and analysis functions
- Community board, comments, WeakAuras sharing, party and raid planner
- Querying my characters and related convenience features through Battle.net account linking
- Additional features such as advertisements, statistics, search history, and recent views
Article 5 Membership Registration and Account Management
- Users can sign up for membership, log in, or link social/Battle.net accounts in accordance with the method determined by the service.
- Users must securely manage their account information and authentication means, and must not allow third parties to use them.
- If identity theft of others, registration of false information, abnormal automatic registration, or interference with service operation is confirmed, use restriction or account deletion may occur.
- Members can request account unlinking, post deletion, membership withdrawal, or personal data deletion at any time.
Article 6 Nature of External APIs and Data
- Externally based information such as Blizzard, Warcraft Logs, and Wowhead provided in the service may vary depending on each provider's policy, API status, and data update cycle.
- The service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time nature of external data.
- Some features may be interrupted or results may vary due to external service failures, API limits, authentication expiration, or data structure changes.
- Rights to World of Warcraft, Blizzard, Battle.net, and related names and assets belong to their respective rights holders, 와우내또이is an unofficial fan site.
Article 7 Obligations of Users
Users must not engage in the following acts while using the service.
- Stealing or falsely using others' accounts, personal data, characters, or guild information
- Registering posts that are illegal, obscene, defamatory, insulting, hateful, threatening, exposing personal data, or infringing on copyright
- Automated requests, crawling, excessive calls, bypass access, and vulnerability exploitation that interfere with the normal operation of the service
- Posting promotional, fraudulent, malicious links, malicious code, phishing, or spam content
- Infringing on the rights and policies of the service, external API providers, and third parties
- Acts contrary to relevant laws or public morals and customs
Article 8 Management of Posts
- Rights and responsibilities for posts registered by users belong to the respective users.
- The service may take measures to hide, delete, move, or restrict the use of posts without prior notice if they violate laws, these terms of use, or operating policies, or if there are reports or claims of rights infringement.
- Posts may be stored, reproduced, and displayed within the necessary scope for service operation, search exposure, sharing, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Users must only post content for which they hold rights or can legally use.
Article 9 Service Changes, Suspension, and Use Restriction
- The service may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of its functions according to operational and technical needs.
- The provision of the service may be temporarily suspended in the event of system checks, failures, security accidents, external API failures, traffic spikes, laws, or requests from rights holders.
- If a user violates these Terms or harms service stability, we may restrict access, limit requests, delete posts, or restrict account usage.
Article 10 Advertisements and Third-Party Links
- The Service may display advertisements such as Google AdSense, and for external sites navigated to through advertisements or third-party links, the terms and policies of the respective external site shall apply.
- Any issues arising from separate transactions or interactions between the user and advertisers, external services, or other users shall be resolved between the parties involved.
Article 11 Intellectual Property Rights
- Rights to the Service's own content, including screen layouts, custom-made code, data processing methods, documents, and logos, belong to the Service or rightful rights holders.
- Users must not unauthorizedly copy, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or commercially use the Service without separate permission.
- Game-related names, images, data, and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders, such as Blizzard Entertainment.
Article 12 Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided primarily for free information provision and convenience features, and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose of the provided information.
- The Service shall not be held liable for damages caused by external APIs, user posts, advertisements, or third-party links, unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Service.
- Users shall bear responsibility for problems arising from user fault, device or network environment, or negligence in managing authentication information.
Article 13 Privacy Protection
The Service complies with relevant laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act, and the processing standards for personal information are subject to the separately posted Privacy Policy.
Article 14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the use of the Service, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it through good-faith negotiations.
- Disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the competent court determined by relevant laws such as the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
